Levels of Strategies In Strategic Management Explained

There are three different levels of strategies in any organization. That means, the organization is going to have three levels of mangers.

The 3 levels are:

1. Corporate Level
2. Business Level
3. Functional Level

The corporate level is where the top level decisions are made. Then the business level managers take the decisions that are going to potentially improve the product or business line. Lastly, the functional level managers take the decisions that are going to improve the overall business process in the lower levels.
